This paper aimed to identify the impact of artificial intelligence AI (User- Systems- Devices) on crisis management CM (Signal detection-  Preparation/prevention- Containment/Damage limitation- Recovery- Learning) in private banks in Yemen. To achieve the objectives of the study, the quantitative approach was used in both its descriptive and analytical methods. The study population was selected from the leaders of the private banks in Yemen, represented by their main branches in the capital, Sana’a, who occupy the following administrative positions (General Manager- Assistant General Manager- Sector Manager- Department Manager), and due to the small size of the study community, The comprehensive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, as (239) questionnaires were distributed, and (219) questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved at a rate of 92%. Data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods within the SPSS v26 software and applying SEM using Amos v26.

The study concluded a set of results which is: there is a positive impact of artificial intelligence on crisis management in private banks in Yemen. The study also presented several recommendations which are: paying attention to artificial intelligence because of its prominent role in future life and its impact on the development and excellence of banks, and because of its impact on all administrative operations and their functions, especially in light of the multiple and various crises facing banks in light of the instability of the Yemeni environment.
