The Effect of Internal Control on Employee Silent Resignation (Field Research: Some Random Public and Private Companies and Institutions in Aden)

The study examines how fair internal control systems reduce silent resignation among employees in public and private organizations in Aden. Using 119 valid responses and quantitative analysis, it found a significant inverse relationship, with internal controls explaining about 44% of variation in silent resignation. The study recommends improving the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, transparent communication, and employee motivation to strengthen commitment and reduce disengagement.
