The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the work environment and employee commitment, as well as the impact of the work environment on employee performance. The research object was PT Aneka Rimba Indonusa Gresik, with a sample size of 40 respondents. The data collection method involved distributing questionnaires to participants. The results showed that the work environment had a significant impact on organisational commitment and organisational commitment to performance, while the work environment’s impact on performance was not significant. In further research, it is hoped that there will be development of research models by adding other variables such as work discipline, job satisfaction.
