In literary novels, artistic language is not only a means of conveying content but also a way for the writer to construct a unique artistic world, simultaneously imparting ideological and aesthetic values. Author Ma Van Khang has meticulously crafted an artistic world in which language unfolds in multiple dimensions—both closely following and developing the narrative flow of the story while also reflecting the psychological currents of the characters. Artistic language becomes a medium through which Ma Van Khang highlights his character portrayals. Exploring the text from this artistic perspective helps to clarify the characteristics of the writer’s creative style. Studying artistic language in the novel Meeting in La Pan Tẩn is not only a way to uncover Ma Van Khang’s creative techniques but also a means of recognizing the distinctive humanistic and artistic values within the stream of modern Vietnamese literature.
