This study found that procurement risk management significantly improves supply continuity at the Yemen Company for Flour Mills and Grain Silos, explaining 46% of its variance. Risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring were effective, but shipping-contract gaps and geopolitical disruptions remain challenges. The study recommends long-term freight agreements and a specialized risk-management unit.
