The study investigated information management strategies and service delivery of the Nigerian Correction Service, Rivers State Command. The research design for the study was correlational design.  It sought to investigate relationship between the independent variable of information management strategies (operationalized into people and technology) and service delivery of Nigerian Correction Service, Rivers State Command. The population of the study was 213 which consisted of statutory staff of Nigeria Correction Service, Rivers State Command. The stratified random sampling technique was adopted in which 140 respondents was used. The questionnaire instrument was used.  Out of 140 respondents sampled questionnaire, 120 representing 86% were duly returned and the study used the 120 copies for its analysis.  The instrument was validated by a Measurement and Evaluation expert in the Department of Measurement and Evaluation, Niger Delta University, Bayelsa State. Mean and Standard Deviation was used to answer the research questions at the mean benchmark of 2.5, while Pearson Product Correlation Coefficient was used to test the null hypotheses at the .05 significant level. The findings of the study showed there is significant relationship between information management strategies and service delivery in the Nigerian Correction Service, Rivers State Command. The study concluded that people or staff of Rivers State Command lack the prerequisite technological exposure for effective service delivery in the Nigerian Correction Service, Rivers State Command.  That there are no sufficient or available technological facilities to enhance or even foster information management strategies int he contemporary use. It recommended that Management should embark on immediate and efficient training and retraining of its people for the effective Service Delivery in Rivers State Correctional Service Command and provide the need technologies for effective Service Delivery in Rivers State Correctional Service Command.
