The Role of Digital Marketing in Increasing Sales Turnover

This study aims to explore the implementation of digital marketing in increasing sales turnover at PT Borneo Karya Sabumi. This research employs a qualitative case study design. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with company managers and the marketing team, while secondary data were obtained through direct observation and documentation. Data collection was carried out using method triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings.

The results of this study indicate that PT Borneo Karya Sabumi implements digital marketing by uploading product catalog photos and product videos through social media platforms such as WhatsApp Business and Instagram, enabling consumers to easily access product information. In addition, WhatsApp Business is utilized as a medium for communication and online transactions with consumers both within and outside the Banjarmasin area. The implementation of digital marketing contributes to expanding market reach, improving customer interaction, and increasing sales turnover.
