At UKR Publisher, we operate under an open-access model, ensuring that all published research is freely available to readers without any subscription fees.
To support this model, we charge a one-time manuscript processing fee only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. This fee helps cover the costs associated with open-access publishing, including manuscript management, peer review, editing, formatting, production, indexing, marketing, hosting, website maintenance, and operational expenses such as staff salaries, electricity, and internet services.
